I have been an equestrian since I was about 2.5 years old. When I saw my first pony I was amazed and I knew that there were no words to express the intimate connection between horses and the people who love them. Later in life I was blessed to discover that holistic therapies not only benefited me as a rider but they also enhanced the health of my horses.
Massage and other therapies can improve performance, reward an incredible performance, soothe aching muscles and assist in recovery time.
